How can I check if my bike has room in my car?

It is quite simple: 

Remove the front tire of the bicycle and take the height measurements (blue line) and length measurements (red line) of the bicycle. 

The front tire of the bicycle is removed and the height (blue line) and length (red line) of the bicycle are taken.  To be observed: The spring of the front fork can still be shortened with the lashing strap.

Now take the measurements of the interior of the car and check with the measurements of the bicycle.
